WHAT ARE THE OFFICE OPENING HOURS?

The accommodation office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays. If there is no one in the office and you need them call the office number 071 91 46754 or the emergency out of hours mobile number found on the office door.

CAN I BOOK FOR ONE SEMESTER ONLY?

Yes! If you are only in college in Sligo for the first or second semester due to work experience etc we can offer accommodation for the first or second semester only. A limited number of rooms are available for these short terms so please contact us to check availability and to obtain the relevant paperwork.

HOW CAN I BOOK A ROOM AT MILLIGAN COURT?

You can apply by downloading and completing the booking Application form on the Apply Today section on our website and returning it to us via post or email and transferring the €300.00 deposit to:

CAN I SHARE THE APARTMENT WITH MY FRIENDS?

If you have friends you wish to share with, Milligan Court Management will endeavour but not guarantee to accommodate you provided this request is clearly shown on all application forms at the time of application. Otherwise a lottery system applies to the allocation of flat mates.

WHAT MUST I HAVE BEFORE CHECK-IN? 

1 x passport photo, the signed Licence Agreement and the balance of accommodation must be paid.

WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN?

No earlier than between 9am and 5pm on Monday 2nd September 2019. If you will be arriving out of office hours or after the 2nd September please contact the office to arrange a time to collect the keys. 

I HAVE ONLY PAID THE €300 BOOKING DEPOSIT, WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

The balance is due on or before 26th August 2019 preferably by bank transfer. Please note cheques, cash and debit or credit card payments MUST be paid 7 days prior to the payment due date. A €50.00 late payment charge applies to all late payments. 

CAN I HAVE FRIENDS STAYING OVER?

Yes but not on a regular basis. Overnight guests are permitted no more than twice per month per student occupier. Guests must be aged 18 or over. No overnights guests are permitted to stay during the 1st week of your arrival. Only 1 guest per student occupier may stay overnight. If you do wish to have a guest staying over, their name and photographic ID must be registered in the office DURING office hours with a minimum of 12 hours notice. A charge of €15.00 per night may be charged to guests who stay for more than 2 nights per month. A fine of €50.00 will apply should a student be found to be breaking this rule.

WHEN ARE THE 2ND AND SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS DUE?

  • 2nd payment is due 21st October 2019
  • 3rd payment is due 16th December 2019
  • 4th and final payment is due 17th February 2020
  • A €50.00 Late Payment charge will be incurred for all payments received after these dates
  • Key fobs will need to be revalidated on receipt of each payment.

WHO ARE PAYMENTS TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO?

Payments should be made payable to “Studium Limited”.
